The Summer Session provides students from Morgan and other colleges and universities additional opportunities to earn credits toward their degrees outside of the traditional school year. Morgan currently offers daytime and evening undergraduate and graduate courses during both Summer Sessions. The credits received during these sessions are equivalent to credits earned during the traditional semesters. The Summer 2016 course listings may be found using this online search tool once registration begins on April 1, 2016. A list of hybrid and online courses offered this summer may be found here. Course descriptions are published in the on-line undergraduate catalog and graduate catalogs.

DROP FOR NON-PAYMENT: Please note that deadlines have been set for making satisfactory financial arrangements for Summer Sessions I and II (see above). Your schedule may be dropped for non-payment if you do not meet these deadlines.
It is important to note that if you re-register for Summer Session classes after your schedule is dropped due to non-payment, you will be responsible for paying for the bill for the course(s) in which you are registered unless you drop the course(s) before the start of classes for that respective session, whether or not you attend the class(es). After the drop for non-payment, the university will not drop your schedule for Summer Session I for non-payment and you will be charged for the tuition and fees for your course(s).
WITHDRAWALS: If you have registered for a course and no longer wish to attend that course, you must drop the course prior to the first day of classes in order to avoid tuition and fees charges. Please familiarize yourself with Morgan State University's academic policies related to withdrawal as published in the Undergraduate Catalog. In particular, note that: Students are advised that discontinued attendance does not constitute dropping or withdrawing from a class. Failure to report for any class that appears on students' schedules may result in a grade of "NA" or "F". In either case, the financial charges apply" (p. 103).
