CCPS Our new partnership with ed2go provides over 400 online non-credit and career training programs that range from starting your own business to becoming an iPhone application developer. Our outstanding Bernard Osher Scholarship Program supported by a one million dollar endowment from the Bernard Osher Foundation provides scholarships for non-traditional adult students enrolled in baccalaureate degree programs at Morgan State.
