LA Program Kickstarts the Herring Run Project

The Graduate Landscape Architecture Program renewed its promise to the community regarding Herring Run conservation starting with Professor Archana Sharma's teaching project this Summer. The project feeds into other University-wide projects of Morgan Mile and Morgan CampusPlanning.
A brilliant interdisciplinary team comprising of Saadiah Angster, Alex Cistone, Schmueler Erlanger, Brian Hartwyk and Adewale Olaiya, joined Professor Dr Archana Sharma in preliminary recording, diagramming and visualizing the connection between the Morgan Campus and Herring run creek, web-link below shows some of the work done in class.
Other investigation and activities are being planned with Outreach Director Ellis Brown and Professor Paul Voos, SA+P Faculty and other stakeholders Rails to Trails Conservancy and the Friends of Herring Run Park. Clickhere to view images of the project.
