Parking
All vehicles parked on Morgan State University parking lots must have a valid and properly displayed parking permit and must occupy a space on the assigned lot within the designated time period.
Student lots are as follows:
RESIDENT STUDENT LOTS:
A-lower lot behind Holmes Hall
L-Cummings Hall
N-O'Connell Hall
R-Argonne Complex
T-Blount Towers
V-new dining facility lot
COMMUTER STUDENT LOTS
Qn-Northwood/ upper level (rear of old Hect Co.)
Qe-Engineering Building
DAY FACULTY, STAFF EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS-
Must park on designated lot--8:00 A.M. until 4:15 P.M. Monday through Friday. Parking after the above times is allowed on any university lot except "H" lot which is reserved and metered parking.
EVENING/ WEEKEND FACULTY, STAFF EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS
May park on any university lot--4:15 P.M. until 8:00 A.M., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 A.M. Saturday until 8:00 A.M. Monday.
The responsibility of finding a legal parking space (on the assigned lot) rests with the vehicle operator. However, when assigned lots are full, valid permit holders may, as an overflow alternative, park on parking lots Qe (Engineering Building) or Qn (Northwood Shopping Center). It is also noted that, parking violations may be reported to the MSU police Department for enforcement action at 3103 or 3100.
