The Center for Data Analytics and Sports Gaming Research (DASGR) aims to study and support research into emerging technological, socio-behavioral, and attitudes towards eSports, sports wagering, problem gambling, and entrepreneurial and business development trends to inform public policy and regulation. The Center focuses on informing and educating students in data analytics and its uses in sports. An essential goal of the Center is to serve as a resource to the marginalized communities and, through a partnership with other State and national centers, to inform and educate and provide referral services.
